Masonic Darts Competition
We are a community that supports one another. That does not mean that we cannot be competitive. Our annual freemasonry olympic games is always a great opportunity to get to know the other members through some fun.
Pool Competition
Pool is one of the most preferred games in our community. A lot of our members will often play a game of pool as it provides an excellent opportunity for intellectual chatter in the midst of engaging in a gentleman sport.
Charity
Freemasons are taught to practice charity and care, not only for themselves but also for the community through charitable giving and volunteer efforts.
Masonic Potjie Competition
Our annual potjie challenge is a great event! Members are organised into teams and tasked with the challenge of creating the best tasting potjie dinner. It is generally a close challenge between the most creative potjie recipes compared to the tried and tested favourites.
Fishing Competition
Many of our members become friends and organise their own events, adventures and gatherings beyond the lodge they are a part of. there is nothing more supportive than a good group of close friends, but.. the challenge remains who can call themselves the best fisherman!

Our masonic motorcycle club the "Widows Sons" was founded in the USA in 1988. We have 23 members locally and 7000-10000 members worldwide.
Masonic Golf Day
From the tee off to the green, community members have a great chance to get to know each other. Rumbling around in the bushes looking for gold balls provides a great conversation starter. But beware as we have a couple of golf pros in the mix (so they like to say!)
